The University of Hull
The University of Hull is a large university in the North of England with about 16,000 students offering a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses. The School of Education and Social Sciences is the lead partner in the project and has a national and international reputation for Technology Enhanced Learning and Mobile Learning.

The National University of Vietnam (HaNoi)
VNU University of Education strives toward a research-oriented university, to train teachers at all levels; education managers; officials and researchers in Education Science on the basis of connectivity with experts, regional and international standard institutes.

Da Nang University of Education
The University of Danang offers training from vocational technicians to doctoral level. It offers courses in management, autonomy, accountability and in education and training. Since 2006, it has embarked on the credit-based training system, enabling students to actively plan their schooling at the same time facilitating inter-level training.
